How It Works
Step 1: Make the Introduction
You have a client buying an investment property or a homeowner not ready to sell. Introduce them to McGreevy Properties and we take it from there.
Step 2: We Handle Everything
Full service property management includes listing for lease, tenant screening, applications, lease signing, and ongoing management. We take the work completely off your plate.
Step 3: You Get Paid
Earn a $500 referral fee when the owner signs their management agreement and the home is leased. Plus we send your clients back to you when they’re ready to sell.
The Details
Referral Fee $500
Earned and payable upon the new owner signing the management agreement after your introduction, and when the home is leased. A broker W9 is required for payment.
Why $500 and not a lease commission? Because we handle the full lease listing — the MLS listing, showings, applications, and lease execution. We’re taking that work off your plate and paying you anyway.
Co-Op Commission 30%
All McGreevy Properties lease listings offer 30% of one month’s rent to the cooperating broker. Go show our available homes and earn a commission on every lease you help us fill.
