McGreevy Properties was established in 2023 with a simple conviction: property owners in the New Braunfels area deserve more than a management company that treats their investment like a number in a portfolio.
We are intentionally boutique — broker-owner led, locally focused, and built to stay that way. Fewer properties means more attention, faster responses, and a team that genuinely knows your asset.
Our approach was shaped by years on the inside of property management, learning what works, what doesn’t, and what owners and tenants actually need. That experience drives everything from how we screen tenants to how we communicate with owners.
New Braunfels is growing fast. We think that’s a reason to be more careful — not less.

Hudson McGreevy
Hudson’s path to property management started before real estate ever entered the picture. As the oldest of five siblings and the only girl, she developed an early instinct for organization, accountability, and keeping things running smoothly.
She channeled that into entrepreneurship — building and operating Babysitting Austin from 2015 to 2019, managing 20 babysitters and serving 400 families across the Austin area. It was her first proof of concept: systems, trust, and people-first operations scale when they’re done right.
She entered real estate in 2016, spending five formative years under Steve Crossland of the Crossland Team and Jim Wilson of Crosstown Properties — two of Austin’s most respected property managers. She later added new construction sales to her repertoire as a luxury builder’s sales counselor, giving her a perspective on investment properties that few property managers carry.
A Texas State University graduate with a BBA in Management and a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Hudson founded McGreevy Properties in 2023 to bring that full picture home to New Braunfels.
She lives here with her husband, two kids, and Benson the goldendoodle.

Remembering Opa
Hudson and her four brothers lost their dad, Steve Bell, on January 2, 2025. He was just starting his Opa (Grandpa) Era, and he is deeply missed. Opa was McGreevy Properties’ #1 fan, so we work every day to make him proud.
