Rent proceeds are initiated like clockworks on the 10th of each month, accompanied by a clear owner statement.

Transparent Pricing
8% Monthly Management Fee
$100 minimum, including during vacancy periods so your property stays actively managed even between tenants
70% Leasing Fee
70% of the first full month’s rent, $1,000 minimum
Covers full MLS listing, showing coordination, application process and lease execution, and compensates the Realtors on the deal
10% Renewal Fee
10% of the new monthly rent amount
